Official daca process time thread - Page 340

Im literally getting an Ulcer waiting for my DACA approval.. Does anyone know If any person has been denied and for what?

I think Im paranoid, but I heard that there have been a few denials. Does anyone know?

Oh, just wait. They are probably up to their necks with applications and people calling them cause they be takin' tooooo long.

I'm new here but been reading this thread for awhile in hopes that I get my approval soon. I just wanted to know if anyone had similar situation to mine.

My lawyer sent my application and my sister's in August they received it on the 8/28 I got my biometric appointment for 10/1 my sister got here for 10/4. She already received her approval and got her work permit in the mail in November. I have yet to receive anything and every time I check the status it says it's in initial review. I guess today will mark 5 months.

I'm in the same boat. I used my receipt number to see if I could find cases that were received on the same day as mine that were still pending. I was able to find 18 that were still pending. My case was received on the 29th of August. I had my biometrics done in September. Unfortunately, it seems that we will just have to wait. Hope you get a response soon.

I forgot my phone at home, but when I got home today I saw the barrage of texts that USCIS sent this morning. I'm happy to have gotten approved, but I didn't realize that they were going to use the photo they took at the biometrics on the EAD. I think I blinked and I had hat hair that day : why even bother with attaching two passport photos then.

I went and did my bios in Charlotte this morning So now the real waiting begins. My app was received on dec 31, so I am hoping/praying/crossing my fingers I can get something in about a month lol, hopeful I know. But seems like they are catching up and improving the processing times. For all of you who have been waiting a long time, I really really hope its soon for you guys. I know it's killing me, so I can just imagine how you guys feel!!!!!!

Oh and let's hope congress can pass a comprehensive immigration reform this year for all of us and our families.

It also made five months for me , everyone else I know got it , so just gotta have.faith

Mine starts with EAC so it's Vermont I believe. There is suppose to be some type of reform hopefully it passes and those of that do get approved DACA should have easier time for what comes next.

Hello I'm new to the group but I've been reading post since I started my process anyways my status just changed to post decision activity and it says that my case was reopened I don't know what the desition was and I don't know what "reopened" means anybody else in this situation. ????? Please help and best of luck to everyone
