She was slightly confused because she said my background was supposed to be submitted with my bio, but she did said the officer I spoke to previously was right that she sees the note and my case was assigned to new officer today. I asked the reason why and she said that it could be of some requests.

I'm always calling them, I usually ask to speak to a tier 2 rep and 90% it's no problem. This time I just said I had some conflict of information from an officer and my congress rep and I was transferred. I submitted a request personally through their help desk, my congress contacted them and Nlic is supposed to flag my case today so it could have been any of those reasons my case was assigned to a new officer.

I wouldn't mind trying at a different ASC except I just started a new job a month ago, and I have been taking appointments/phone calls during the day throughout the last month to deal with this issue - don't want to take a sudden PTO and come back empty handed. The nearest ASC aside from the one I am going to is about a 3 hour drive. But I guess I won't have a job anymore if my EAD doesn't renew on time LOL

Just really crossing my fingers hoping that I can either walk in or the InfoPass officer can reschedule it to at least next week or something.

Where do you find all these helpful tier 2's? I've only gotten one so far. Called one today and she had no idea what I meant by asking her for updates on my case. Told her the previous rep told me my case was looked at 8/19 but all she told me was they received my biometrics on 5/12 lol. Then kept telling me to call back a week later

Ok so.. it's been 109 days since acceptance. I expire Sept. 29.

Should I start hounding them now? I feel like there are so many things people have tried that I'm a) not sure which one to start with and b) if it's worth all the effort.

Lol they are not that helpful if my case is still pending...but I would say in my experience they are about 65% useful. When they are not helpful I just call again the next day or so
