Hmm well I've had DL since 2007, but I was just curious as you never know if you'll potentially get caught up in some random ICE inspection -I'm going to upstate New York later this year and I know that ICE loves to drop in randomly at Greyhound/ Amtrak up there.

Hello, I got an RFE My lawyer I
Said that he might send it by this week ,
The RFE was because I didn't send enough proof that I'm currently
Attending public school, I already have enough to prove that I Am but My BIG QUESTION is
Is there a possibility that I might get SLAPT with another RFE for Work Authorization, Has this happend to anyone here
Has any one here been SLAPT by An RFE for DACA and then One For Work authorization

Contact the USCIS 1-800 number located on the bottom of your DACA receipt notice. Tell them that you only received a receipt notice for the DACA case (I-821D) but not the work permit (I-765). They should be able to provide you with the number. Make sure that the address is the same for both cases. Good luck!

guys its been 5 months now what do i do? its still in internal revive status . do i just wait more?

Hello. I sent my DACA application in October, they received it October 18. I got the form I-797 C notice of action which is the ASC Appointment Notice for the Bio which i received on 10/29/12 and went to my appointment on 11/26/16 for my bios (no walk-in) and since 11/26 I have not received anything else. No other letters for approval or denial. My service center is California. Can someone let me know how long more I have to wait to get approved? My application # is WAC13900759XX I don't know what this appl # means or if it helps me find out where my case is if someone knows? I have check the uscis website and is still says is on "initial review". I call the uscis last week and they couldn't tell me what is going on and how long more it be for my case. They told me that they were going to send a notification letter to the california service center asking where my case is. They told me that I should receive a letter in about 15 days from the calif center stating my case status. Please someone advice? Thanx...!

By The Way, maybe this has been answered already....why is it that some people have apps starting with WAC, and EAC? Does that depend on the service center or something.

yea, the letter depends on the different service centers.

I feel the same way, they received my application back in August 31, and still no response. My case is being handled at the California service center. Although I try to calm down and patiently wait I feel somewhat dishearted. I hope we all get approve soon, specially us who already past the 5 month mark.

I'm in the same boat. My case was received on the 29th of August. I'm starting to get really impatient. My birthday will be the 28th of this month, and I just hope I get approved before then. That would be the best birthday present ever.
