For SRs being opened over the phone, are the last 3 chars matching the service center your app is being processed by? Rep opened a SR for outside regulatory timeframe but the last 3 chars were VSC but he confirmed my case was being processed at NSC. He said I'll hear back by Sep 3. At this point, taking it with a grain of salt.

I sent in my SR on August 4th. They told me they'll get back to me by August 19th. It's August 28th and I called them today and their only answer was my SR is currently unassigned to an officer and I should just wait more lol

Yeah rep said my SR confirmation # was xxxxxxxxx2605vsc. Not sure why it ends in VSC (vermont service center), oh well.

lol over the last 4 weeks, I heard "wait" so often from different follow-up attempts...it's getting tiring

Also, no clue which Tier 2 reps are saying more info about background checks and being in line or notes re: pending approval etc. as I can't get them to provide anything but wait..

Oh yeah I forgot to address this in the first post but my reference number ends with msc and my case is at nebraska center. So I don't think it has anything to do with it

Every request under my DACA ends with OVP and NSC, but under my EAD the requests have VSC and OVP... No idea what is it tho I don't think it's a big deal

Just checked my account and the bios appointment is there... only took 75 days
Going to attempt to walk it tomorrow... Anybody walk in in Dallas/

Walk-in man... We don't know if it helps but for sure it doesn't hurt. In any case, my appointment is a day after my expiration!

Any approvals today? Hopefully they get them out like there's no tomorrow. Sucks that they get a 3 day weekend this coming up Friday.
