im so happy for her now she can do a I-130 for me ill be under F2A category and have to wait hopefully 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 years for AOS (Adjust of Status) and ill quilfy under my mothers old i-130 that my grandfather did for her which at the time she filed was the law 245(i). im thankful for the law 245(i) that i can stay here and AOS.!
