How Long does it take to receive The WORK PERMIT AFTER USPS PICKS IT UP FROM USCIS ON THE USPS WEBSITE MINE SAY'S that its expected to come today the 21 and it hasn't how long did it take you guys to receive it.

We are forgotten in the back of some old file cabinet, or an old computer running windows vista before they fixed the glitches. I myself have just gotten done doing a service request, (looooong sigh) may not lead to anything, but the point is life is tooo long and I just need the papers yesterday. My application was recieved on Sept. 10. done biometrics 3 weeks later, and havent heard anything since then.

Hey guys I posted something on here a few weeks ago anyways and I talked about my case well it still says that my case was reopen I don't know If was approve or denied its also on post decision activity please let me know if any of you is in the same place or knows anybody in this situation as me ....

for those who received their EAD card and said they got a tracking number. How did you track the shipment? My card went into production but I didnt get a tracking number.

Thats interesting as I had previous status and also got denied an F1 due to aging out on my parents L1. This means the USCIS has already told me I am out of lawful status so surely they can not deny me. The criteria was that as of June 15th 2012 you must be out of lawful status and I was out back in June 2011. I meet all other requiremnts and have no criminal history. Lived here continuous since 2005.

Your EAD case gets updated with the tracking number a few days later

I just had a service request done on my case a few minutes ago. My application was received on August 28th.
