on my response back fromUSCIS does not say, when to call back or anything about background.
Any guess??

I GOT MY RESPONSE FROM USCIS TODAY WHEN I DID MY E-REQUEST ON 3/10/13. THIS WHAT I GOT.
I DON'T KNOW WHY THEY DON'T TELL ME THAT MY APP IS STILL UNDER REVIEW. SEEMS LIKE THEY NOT EVEN MY PACKET YET.
The status of this service request is:

We have received your request stating that your I-765 application is approaching regulatory time frame or beyond regulatory timeframe.

You have filed a Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (Form I-821D) and Application for Employment Authorization (Form I-765)(c)(33) category. The 90 day period for adjudicating Form I-765 filed together with form I-821D does not begin until DHS has decided to defer action in your case.

Once you have an approved Form I-821D and your Form I-765 has been pending for 75 days from the date of approval, you may call 1-800-375-5283 to inquiry about the status of your pending Form I-765.

Please note: USCIS guidelines do not allow for the expedited processing of the Form I-821D.

If you have any further questions, please call the National Customer Service Center at 1-800-375-5283.

You should have inquired about your Form I-821D not I-765
