I did my bios on the 14th of September as scheduled and I applied on the 20th of August. My application is still under initial review which is very distressing. What I hate most is not knowing why others who applied 1 or even 2 weeks after I did have already been approved.

Where is the logic in that?

i got an email from nebraska! i made a thread about it but anyway they said my case is with a case officer right now! but they dont know the timeframe it will take for him or her to approve it! all i know is that im happy its with a case officer on his desk getting reviewed either i will hear tomorrow or sometime this week for sure! im just glad its on his or her desk and not in there storage room just sitting there in a box.

How did you find that out? you called them and they told you? how how? lol please?
