Sorry to hear that... my employer catholic college, they're still double checking how fast I can start working after I get approved, but it's unlikely to take more than a few days.

but there's still hope to be approved before we expire...

They have to reinterview you or something? That's fairly odd but seeing how it's state funded not very surprised

I just got word that USCIS had put new procedures in place to accelerate the backlog. Hopefully we are going to hear good news in the next couple weeks.

I get an error saying to contact their IT dept

He's been right before about the data corruption before it even became public so he's trustworthy. I think he works for a tech firm that works for USCIS
