I just checked about an hour ago...and...APPROVED for both the I821D and I765 
I woke up my family and told them the great news. I have been waiting years ever since I found out my situation. Today is the best day of my life being approved and all. I will pray for the rest of you waiting to all get approved. Best of luck guys! The future is bright and we will show America why we belong here in these great United States of America!
Case type: I821D/I765
Date the Lawyer sent my application: 11/27
Date I received a letter saying it was received: 12/6
Notice date for BIO: 12/13
Biometrics date: 1/2
Approved for both I821D/I765: 2/19

i got approved today
first of all good luck to you all.
and second be sure to constantly check the website because i never got texts or emails (only when they received it) something told me to check the website and it said approved!!!
