damn this means I got another 15-20 days to wait. Your approval should be coming!! Whats your LIN...exclude the last four digits..i just want to get an idea.

I have a feeling that people who got their biometrics done at Detroit will get approve slower than others.

yes i did, but its all good at least i got a answer and fix whatever i did wrong. Its kind better than check ur status online and its said cant no find at this time.

Guys I just checked what is called the soft LUDS (Last-Updates) date on my case and it's 08/28th.

Again, the application got there on 08/20th and I did my bio on 09/14th. Nebraska is handling my case. What worries me to death is that not even the biometrics have been taken into account according to this. The last update logically happened when they mailed me the biometrics appointment letter and since then, nothing has happened.

It's a sad day indeed.

RELAX same shit is with mine and they did get my biometric, that date is not taken into account

I looked at LIN's around mine and so I know that there are about 180 people who also filed on the 20th and whose cases are still under review; it's good to hear from one of them.

I am just so frustrated at the fact that people who applied more than 2 weeks after we did already have their EADs approved or in some cases in their very hands.

Once again, something is just not right.
