Went this morning to my ASC to walk-in but was rejected by the manager because there were too many people. I told him I didn't mind waiting but he said no and to come back later. Went back around 1:30 PM and was in and out in 5 minutes. I literally filled up the form and on the way to my seat was called up. Manager did tell me that doing walk-ins wouldn't speed up your process (something I'm sure we talked about before on this forum), nonetheless, won't hurt. |

We'll see if I do it, I might chicken out. I've never done walk-ins in all the years I've been dealing with USCIS (before DACA even).

Initial DACA received 08/16/2012, I821D/EAD approved: 10/11/20121st renewal received6/17/2014. Biometrics 7/10/14. Approved 9/8/2014.
2nd renewal received 4/19/2016. Biometrics 9/6. EAD Expired 9/8/2016, approved on 9/19/2016,
3rd renewal received 2/12/2018, biometrics 3/5. Approved 4/25/2018

Exactly!! They could have simply extended everyone's EAD for 4 months or whatever using a I-797c letter immediately after the data issue they had. USCIS is so irresponsible.
