I, too, received the Ombudsman email along with Shiu-Ming's email letting me know my case was flagged. I'm hoping we all hear good news soon.

I couldn't have my case flagged since it's before 120 days my EAD expires like right on 120 days. Sigh I was confident it would only take 90 days as they state ����

I really hope you girls get approved soon. This situation is really frustrating. Today i got removed from payroll after 2 weeks of expired EAD.

I sent an email to USCIS under the help desk, I have a general request pending, ombudsman requested an inquiry on my case and Nlic also, so technically I have 3 recent request pending not including my congress rep. I'm Tap out now hope this is our week or so.

When I first contacted Nlic they didn't take my request because I didn't filed on time but out of nowhere I received an email that they will flag my case. (Over 120 days) Lol it was like a blessing ,so don't give up hope if your case isn't flagged yet. I will def send a small donation once this ordeal is over with

I am wondering why it seems that most approvals occur on thursdays and fridays.
