We have received your inquiry stating that your I-821D is beyond the expected six month processing period. USCIS is making every effort to process these cases within the stated timeframes and hope to move your case in the near future. However, we have had to perform additional review on this case, and this has caused a longer processing time. At this time we cannot provide a specific date on which a final decision will be made on your request for deferred action. If you do not receive a decision or other notice of action from us within six months of this letter, please call customer service at the number provided below.

This my second request and that is what they said, anyone recieved anything similar ? Will I be getting rfe ? I remember my first one didnt say the same

Hey I have a question... You mentioned petty theft... Back when I was 14 myself and 2 girl friends got caught shoplifting by store security... Only one of us had stolen merchandise... Do I have to mention this on my application? I vaguely remember that when my mom had to take me to the police station the probation lady (or someone) said that I could have juvenile records sealed... And that it wasn't a conviction... I did have to do a certain amount of hours of community service but I never had to go before a judge. I've been scot free since then.... Any advice?

I was very hesistant in applying for DACA because I had a run-in with the police when I was like 15 for petty theft and I thought that that was going to prevent me from getting it. I think the theories I've heard here about people with a tab marked "criminal history/past offenses" in their DACA packet are automatically put on a pile that gets the lowest priority when it comes to getting looked at, regardless of the degree of the offense. I also think that people in their late 20's or people that are married get it faster than others. Here's my timeline:

Nebraska Center
sent packet: 4/16/2013
received: 4/18/2013
biometric appointment: 5/22/2013 (no walk-in)
*sent 2 e-requests*
accepted: 2/26/2014

I hope you guys get approved soon and just keep your mind occupied. The fact that a few people have been waiting 1.5 years+ is mind boggling to me. Like, it does not compute AT ALL and i really sympathize with you guys. I genuinely thought that that was going to be me too in a few months. I have a question though. I got an e-mail for my I-765 about the card being in production but my I-821D just said that my name was being updated. Is this normal?

I checked my case status and it says my application was transferred yesterday. I don't know why it was transferred or where it was transferred to. I didn't get an email or anything. It was just on the case status online.

No. I got a letter in the mail saying my case was transferred to Vermont about a week or two ago, but no biometrics.
