I appreciate your input. I do not mean to suggest that there is no order or pattern in the way cases are processed. However, the fact remains that many are being approved whose applications were submitted up to two weeks after some of their fellow applicants, whose applications remain unprocessed.

It is the stated policy of this agency to handle cases on a first-come-first-serve basis. My present situation is a violation of this principle, and with every new approval the weight of injustice upon my back increases.

See, I applied early because I need the EAD now or, rather, I've needed it for years. We all do. I did my part by filing early and am not being given my due, so I'm angry. Not at my fellow dreamers, but at USCIS. As I said in an earlier post, this is just another instance of being played with like a toy.

And the wait goes on.

I understand where you are coming from. I applied the first day and did my bio 0n 9/13 and I've yet to hear anything. It really sucks, and it doesn't help when there's 9/17-9/22 being approved. It's quite unfair, but that's the government. They do as they please. So let's just keep our heads up and plan for the future. I've been looking for better jobs, studying my driver's manual, and just doing things to help the time go by! Try and do the same, my friend. Our reward is coming!

Too bad your theory goes out the window with your case, as an example. You did everything after me, and you've been approved already. Congrats though, I hope my case is inspected soon!

On a side and perhaps humorous note, don't you just love it when people are quick to set the record straight but in so doing neglect to pay attention and grasp the facts?

Honestly sometimes it depends on your background check. 2 of my friends got approved already and same timeline as me and one dis their bio dew days earlier. Keep in mind their systems delayed too and sometimes dont update

Thanks! Good luck to everyone else! just an FYI... I sent my app on 15th they received it on the 17th. So i believe they go by the initial date not on the bio date at least in Nebraska.

My evidence was also only 50 pages but it was strong evidence. I basically sent enough to cover what they required.
