no i did not have any type of criminal record. i am 100% free of any record. i had a ticket for driving without a license but that is not considered a crime according to the differed action rules. well i hope you get approved soon. if your lawyer said it was okay to apply then your set

Because my case was denied 2009, then we appealed and was denied last year...but they never sent an order to deport me. My lawyer spoke with an immigration officer that said that I won;t be deported because I'm not a threat to security and have no record...unless I somehow get in there radar. |
