Anyone from August still not approved? NSC - Page 39

I got approved yesterday, and I was getting worried the wait would drag on further. Hope for the best, and good luck!!!

hey guys NSC responded to an email I sent them this is what they told me:

"The processing of your I-821D/I-765 cases has been delayed. A check of our records establishes that the case are not yet ready for decision as they are under an ongoing review.

We cannot move forward on the cases at this time. We will make every effort to make a decision on the cases as soon as the review is complete. If the you do not receive a decision or other notice of action from us within 60 days of the date of this message, please contact us for updates."

So frustrating, I don't have a criminal record and my name is by no means common, I search my name on the LexisNexis database at work and I am the only match for the whole US. Sigh, hopefully we get approved someday....

hi guys just wanted to let u know i send my packet on 8/16 i got an rfe 10/22 i got the letter of rfe in the mail 10/29 they recieved the response 11/2 n finally got aproove today 12/6 .. the wait was long but it happen .. even with berly any hopes left it happpen today .. keep ur head up guys

So today USCIS reached a decision on my case. And they decided that they need more evidence from me, ahh the wait gets longer.

Hey at least you know they're looking at it... Most of us are still wondering if our cases are lost in a dark corner somewhere.........
