I'm pretty sure most people who applied within the first 2 weeks are very likely to get theirs too within a month or so.

according to USCIS,
they approved
August 15 - Sept. (first approval) -> 29
August 15 - Oct. 10 -> 4,591 and 6,416 under case review
Within Sept.(first approval) - Oct.10 more than 4500 got approved
So I'm pretty positive >4500 will get theirs within a month!
