I think the reason is, that our application had reached the time for approval but the officers saw no biometrics, they probably scheduled biometrics and then set the pile aside for approval upon biometrics clearance.

I think the biometrics glitch might be a separate issue from the Feb-May problems. This is my guess...

I am still not 100% sure whether I am truly approved. This might be yet another glitch...



I hope not, I have been stressing so much over the biometrics delay.

has any one that go approved after aug. 15 gotten their EAD? Just wondering if now that they have approved so many ppl tehy are delayed in producing and mailing them out..

So wait you went to do your biometrics without a letter? I am 90+ days and no biometrics appointment. A tier 2 called me back yesterday saying to expect a notification for my appointment by Sept. 13th.

It seems like the approval letter has not been uploaded yet. It does not show up as a notice that was published. I am not sure if this is supposed to happen.

What I have posted just shows on the Case Details Section.

However, my biometrics status clearly says, completed yesterday. So the biometrics status had to had come today along with the status change.

I did received the notice. Actually it came in the mail today. But I was able to print it from the ELIS website on Monday when it appeared after receiving the message last saturday that my biometrics had been scheduled.

I walked in on tuesday but was denied, tried again yesterday and was successful. Today I went on the Elis website, to send an email through the inbox, but was instead was shocked by the case status showing that I had been approved on both applications.

Congrats! My timeline is similar (received 4/6, expired 8/17), so I'd like to hope I'll hear something soon as well. But seeing as though there's no rhyme or reason to how they operate, who knows when that will be. But it is good to see some earlier April cases finally be adjudicated for sure.

Im on same boat. My app was received on april 5th. Bios on april 28. Nothing as of yet.
