My boyfriend was working through an attorney with his work who claimed the same thing but nothing has happened with it. I'm starting to wonder if a lot of it is just luck that we are all attributing to random things some of us did.

It's time to marry the guy if you really like him.

I hope we all get approved soon! We have enough finances for maybe twoish months (if they give him severance pay as they said they might) but then we will no longer be able to afford our apartment and will be moving in with my parents (or his parents.)

Menkia, are you a citizen? Cause JohannBernoulli just raised an excellent point.

If your relationship is legit, then you would have enough evidence to show that it's not fraudulent.

My friend was on an F-1 and didn't win the H-1B lottery two years in a row. Then her F-1 expired, and her bf of two years married her. Within three months she got her green card and went back to work. NBD

I'm married to a usc and we've been together for 5 months and I applied for AOS theres nothing to worry about just be normal at the interview and answer the questions... USCIS is looking for a major age difference, background, religion... things like that cause them to question if it's bona fide

I think you're more than fine, we hired an attorney to do everything for us and 2 weeks before the interview they coach us for what to expect. Also, before our attorney took the case she interviewed us because last thing she wants is a fraudulent case on her record. USCIS goes through many of these a day they can tell the difference from true love and a scam
