I don't believe one word coming out of Bennets mouth. He says this now but come next year 'more important things' that need to be taken care of need to be resolved first before taking up the dream act. Thats how it was this year. They kept back logging dream act because something always seemed to come up that they needed to fix. Like if next year aint going be the same. Theres always going to be new things coming up that Republicans will try to use as an excuse to to not take up the dream act. America doesn't stop working just so the dream act can be brought up. New things will always come up. Thats why they need to fucking act on it now instead of always leaving it for later. This is such a depressing article....

DON'T FALL FOR THIS CRAP!
They tried in 2006/2007 while Republicans were control of Congress. 1986 passed also under R.

Other enforcement include Border Security.

No, he is not. He wants another version in 2011. We have to be patient.

We don't know this. Hatch is a R and he drafted the Dream Act in 2001 with no cap to begin with.

DREAM Act of 2010, all the way baby. Fighting hard for this one! Not hoping for 2011. Republicans are big fucking liars. I would be stupid to believe anything coming out of their crooked mouths.

Senate might pass the House version though in 2011.

a 4 year degree or completion of a certificate progam at a CC (like a 2 ans 1/2 CC nursing degree)

-4 years minimum military

-for those not doing military grant student visas

-fine us

10 years non immigrant status, 5 years LPR

biometrics to doh

-no sponsership etc

either way i do not think they will do it. If they do do it it'll just be to say "we did it" and make latinos feel even more betrayed by dems.
