EWI or overstay does not matter, we all came here as minors and we did not have much of a say in any kind of decision that was made by our parents or guardians.

However, I do feel overstays have it easier, there is at least something that could be done rather then having absolute no hope with the current immigration system.

Isn't the whole point of the Dream Act to not punish the children for what their fathers did? Now, the parents that entered legally do deserve a better shot than those who didn't.

Both deserve an equal shot. I wanted to see what Dreamers thought of this.

United we stand, divided we all fall. Can we please stop making threads specifically to attack each other. At this point EWI or overstays ---)) neither have a pot to piss in & no real control over our lives here. Why does it always have to be about who hopped fences vs who had visas or the infamous 20 vs 30 yr olds? Im a visa overstay and I feel comforted knowing I can get married if I choose to get straight. but honestly I want to do it for real and not with intention to just get papers. We all in this shit together, all these soapbox arguments are stupid.

Please re-open motion regarding Sen. from Uranus DA User's impeachment. Mr. President I stand today in strong support of giving the boot to the Senator from Uranus once again! I can't fucking take it anymore, to me Mr. DA User is just a troll disguised as a retarded Dreamy!

Yeah I already feel bad enough that I'm illegal, now I feel even worse because you all call some of us "EWI" now not only do I hate being illegal now I hate coming here without being inspected, btw I was only 6 when I was brought over. You all are becoming more hateful as time goes by. This place was once helpful and nice but some of you screwed it up. I HOPE you all are happy, you can seperate us and all at but at the end of the day WE are all illegal.

This was not your fault though.

So this is why overstays should and will have a easier path towards citizenship.
visa overstayers should be the first ones deported, they had a chance to come here legally and decided to stay here... They should make their fingerprints available to every law enforcement agency and maybe we won't have senators saying "The majority of illegals are visa overstayers...blah blah..we can't give them amnesty"

Some paisanos from Mexico who got fuk'd over by bill clinton when he signed NAFTA and are now practically dirt poor have no chance of ever getting a VISA.
