The argument is that illegals don't pay income taxes just think how big that is. I made 75,000 dollar last year my wife made about 15,000 we have 1 child who just turned 1 and my wife is pregnant again. I promised my wife we would never send our kids to daycare until they were at least in school Cant afford that you know with 650 a month day care we pay, we get all the child deduction, mortgage interest deduction. some deduction on the child care . We paid $6200 on property taxes so in total not counting sales tax or those types of fees. Our bottom line taxable income ended up at 48,000 dollars. Now pay a mortgage and mortgage insurance one car payment, car Insurance on both vehicles out of that it leaves you about 2,500 a month to spend on food and whatever else a month. So these are the taxes that illegals do not pay that infuriates the other side. And as you can see its a big hit to pay. They could of course give everyone a socials so we all paid income taxes but then are unemployment would skyrocket.

So why have kid(s) if you have trouble paying for stuff? Why finance a car when its a liability and a depreciable item?

If you are working in some country club/private golf club or establishment of that kind, you probably get to see the first group of the "rich". Compared to your monetary situation, they are wealthy but if you put these fish into an appropriate tank, you'll see they really aren't that wealthy.
Of course they'll look down on you. They were kicked and bashed by their own customers, spouses, children, bosses or other authorities in their surrounding. Now it's their turn to be rude. Poor rich people...
Yeah. I agree with your post. I've worked privately for several wealthy people and their attitudes vary significantly. I guess what this thread is hinting at is the "Nouveau riche" vs. "Old rich".
In NYC an example of the smugness can be found in the Park Slope & Gramercy neighborhoods. There's a good mix of Nouveau and Old there. If you go to Neighborhoods like DUMBO, Meatpacking and LES, you'd find Nouveau rich which seem to be more liberal.

It all depends on who you meet. There are also dirt poor or middle class douchebags that douse themselves in cologne, leaving a trail of man/ladyfume and their occasional/persistent fabricated British accent pops out.

Le sigh...

Dude the way this country works is you want to have it a little bit better than your parents did. My parents had me and my sister at 20 and 21 dad came back from Vietnam worked two jobs went to school and has done well for himself worked hard for everything he has. I come back from Iraq have a degree work a good job and go to graduate school at night have two kids me my wife and I right now at 27 we make far more money that my parents did and we are about in the same boat as they were in the early 70's,. Its the American Dream , and I have a paid for 8 year old Chevrolet pickup and my wife has a nice used SUV why did we finance it wait till your father you wont have your wife and kids driving around in a vehicle that is not safe. And were talking about VA home loans , low rate car loans and we make 90k a year in Texas that is a good income but look how much we end up with every month its a joke.. Think about the other states that are worse off we don't pay a state income tax on top of a Federal Income tax in Texas. So now you wonder why the other side the middle class are far more behind not doing anything for illegals because they don't want to pay anymore money nobody has it. That is why they are for controlled migration and deportation its stupid that anyone in this country has to pay for anyone else its against the principal of our constitution and capitalist economy that anyone has to work for anyone else. Look at what all the middle class pay for free breakfast and lunches at schools i will never get that. Free hospitilization will never see that but will pay more and more and more every year. Unemployment benefits for 99 weeks I wont ever get that, welfare and food stamps just think how much that cost the middle class and we never get break. Hope you understand or when you get your citizenship and start paying for these thing just remember you cant complain because the ones complaining the middle class workers are racist. Not they want a life they work for but there racist because they get the shaft from the rich and the poor.

I want my family and I to have equal goods. 21/21 is too young? Were they married?
at that age, you should be in college/working, planning your career.

Why did he have to work 2 jobs? You really don't have to suffer and push yourself to the extreme to succeed. Making high income is great but you should not have to change your lifestyle and/or go into any sort of hardship to because you have kid(s).

If you have to finance a vehicle then you can't afford it, its that simple.

Its ok to finance a House because it builds equity and history shows that homes in U.S appreciate in value plus other tax benefits.

I hope you are also saving for retirement via investments and saving for your kids for school.

Yes, Texas is a great state to live. Very low cost of living and high income if you have the right skills. Property tax is a little high though but overall its still one of the cheapest states to live in.
