Like I said above, I never said Accounting/Finance is more science than Psychology. Clearly, Accounting falls under Math in STEM.

Also, you can't become a psychiatrist by merely majoring in Psychology. You have to pre-med your undergrad and then go to a Medical School + Residency before becoming a psychiatrist but that's not even my point.

Economics is social science at best but that's not the science that's defined by STEM. But again, that's besides the point.

Account is not a STEM field.

Try majoring in math and minoring in accounting or double majoring. What's there to lose?
