Would you rather have someone giving false info? I'm totally fine with "I don't know"s as long as what they do know is true

In other words the people being interviewed will be people who encounter border patrol.
can you please explain this further?

Of course, say for some reason you come across a check point and a CBP officer ask for your status you tell him you have none they will have to take you into custody to perform standard prOcessing like fingerprint and picture after that they will conduct a interview to see if maybe that person qualifies for the deferred process. If they don't they will probably nta them (notice to appear) aka put you in removal proceedings.

Like I said you will only have to worry about an interview if you get detained by CBP as far as we know there would be no interview. It's kinda like TPS people they don't get interviewed as long as they meet the requirements

Thank you for all replying. I will stay more calm. I think to get this out of my head I am just going to work on gathering all the requirements etc... This will be a lot of work. I want to really get. Everything and I mean everything I can.

I suggest you to do hire an attorney as this is a completely new process and you want it done right a lot of attorneys are doing big campaigns promoting this and will most likely work with payment plans and such I know our firm has started providing free consultation. It sounds easy as I do fill this forms out on almost a daily basis (I-765 work permit) once the other form comes out I would have to be trained to do so.

Let's avoid the request for evidence and cause any delays on our work permits god knows we have waited long enough

Good! It's better to overwhelm them with proof than leave them a chance to delay your process.
