WOW... Some of us, have some real serious issues, Honestly I wouldn't worry to much about " what your don't know", your parents are willing to tell you the truth and I'm almost certain, that the IO(Interview Officer) won't asked you questions like how, it will either be did you EWI (Entered without Inspection) or EI(Entered Inspected). I spoke to an offical about my moms cause, she EI with someone else passport(some at her county) as far as we are aware she can adjust even thought she came under someone elses name, the big issue is as long as you were inspected, on the form, i to replace your I-94 one of the questions says something to the fact wront information on I-94(not did you lie). I think its important for us to rememeber this is not adjusting our status, but a temporary measure until further notice. Good Luck everyone!

Hmm... I say see a lawyer, a really good one. I can't recommend anyone unfortunately but you will need one. Now if you were not fingerprinted, I say do EWI (Entered Without Inspection)

Angelface you are so wrong about all of this.. please refrain yourself from giving advice if they are incorrect.. USCIS knows everything and don't try to hide it from them because that will get you in a lot of trouble.. don't try to lie either.. and yes the officers ask those kind of questions.. OP this is something you should take very seriously and your parents need to be honest and tell you everything.... it doesn't matter if you were fingerprinted at the canadian border, USCIS will have access to all of that.. why do you think they do biometrics/fbi checks.... i almost got deported because my dad didn't tell me everything.. Please call Lizz Cannon, she gives free consultation, she's located in Boston
