not too well. I've been here ten years too long, so my sheng is about a decade old. I try and fail miserably

Well from what I was reading, if you missed something in the application (like a line in the forms) or you did not provide enough evidence, they will not put you on a non-qualify list. They'll just send it back to you and tell you that you missed that or this.
You'll have another chance to fix it and try again. Only if it's a criminal offense reason will they take other measurments

(I asked this question to a lawyer who was helping me and other dreamers for three straight hours btw)

My lawyer said the same. He explained what would happen in the worst case scenario and it would be an RFE at first or an interview if need be.

It would make no sense to rule you out if the ENTIRE application is persuasive in continual residence. My younger brother had the same issue since he closed the bank account last year like a fool, however he had for 2012:

- medical bill from January
- purchase receipt with his name / address April
- purchase receipt w/ name/address in August
- Lease covering all of 2012

Technically there's nothing on June 15th for him, but I'm pretty sure that'll be ok. There will be leniency WITHIN REASON, since they're already fully aware most of us are playing with fire with no ss# or DL, you can't expect all applicants to have consistent financial records or traces of documents.

I know, right? We're undocumented... Basically without documents, lol. We're technically supposed to be living off the grid. We typically don't have bank accounts, credit cards, lol. That's why I think the panic is too strong for certain things.
