Why did you need to talk to a manager?

My name in their system only had 1 last name , and all my ID passport and Birth Certificate had both my last names so now i get to keep both and be a badass xD lol thr manager was really nice he asked whan my pland were after this

I was thinking of doing a walk-in soon, my appointment date, is something i would really prefer not to miss. When should i go? At the closing or opening of the day? Im going to the south-east side btw.

Honestly i was expectung to drive to a big building but it was just a small little place.

Yeah i know, i looked mine up on google earth haha. Also would the end of the day work too? I wouldn't be able to make it at the starting?

I did a walk in today at the 290 location.. The security guard was about to stamp my notice when I opened my moment & told her my appointment wasnt until next week she then said she had to ask another lady if it was ok. The other lady was nice about it & said it was ok because they were very slow. There was literally 4 people in the room. Filled out a short form & 1 minute later they called me, the guy doing the prints was really nice. Was out of there in less than 15. My advice is dont say u called the center because that number is not available to the public.
