That's about how big mine was. I was actually going to send more, but the legal assistant that reviewed my stuff told me not to send EVERYTHING because if they send me an RFE, I won't have anything more to send them.

It was about an inch thick. No such thing as too much evidence.

Wise counseling, from that assistant as I can see that some of the ppl who got an RFE, said themselves they don't know what else to send.

Send your strongest evidence that satisfies that guideline, if it is insufficient later and you got Rfe'd you have all that other soft evidence you didn't send that u can now send.

Yeah that's true. But honestly that was the only smart thing I heard from any of the assistants trying to help me. I ended up knowing more than them in regards to all of the other stuff. And from what I noticed, so did many other people on here. We know how to do our research

I mean they do ask that you shouldve been in the US in the past five years without leaving. So, how are they going to know you were here if you don't give them the bank statements (I'm already out of college). Plus, the proof that you were here before the age of 16. For those who just graduated, it's easier because you can just submit your transcripts. But people who are out of school need to provide something to show they've been living here this whole time right?

Idk, that's what I did. *fingers crossed*

Well if you think of it... If you left the country you wouldn't be able to come back.... Unless of course your stuff was current by Visa or something which is highly improbable that's why people are applying under DACA.

Definitely quality over quantity. Maybe is not about how many pages but how well organized the packet is.

Give this a read, http://www.visajourney.com/content/adjudicator-q-and-a

"A word about RFE's. It was my experience that no two officers would always see eye to eye on if an RFE was required. Some officers could or would spend some more time digging around the file or a database to find the information (if they thought it could be found) and others would just as soon rip off an RFE. So it varied. Then there were some times that an RFE was required because of the situation. Again, it depends a lot on who was looking at your case and what the question was / what information was needed. No hard and fast rule."

I believe mine was about 60-70 pages. It would have been more, but I copied front and back of my tax returns and bank statements. It could have been more, but I included 2 statements per year (mainly because thats all I found lol until 2011.
