Man, so heres the thing. All we have to do is go down to the social security office and get an official print-out of the social security number that we were issued. After 10+ months with my good social i still can't get self checked, possibly because i have two last names. Our social security numbers are good to go, we are pretty much special cases when it comes to E-Verify.

The Dmv used a hyphen with my two last names so I figured I would try that... Nothing. I also tried One last name without results. Damn... I had like an hour interview with a company tha uses e-verify and the interviewer seemed to like me and said she would get me a second interview with the main manager and have not gotten a call back in like a week. I am just a little frustrated companies may not be able to check me either before hiring me. I can't get credit history because I don't have a job... Oh boy.

I live in CA and the DMV didnt use a hyphen. I haven't tried just one last name but I am sure it will not work because it didn't work for you. You could apply for a secured credit card to start leaving a credit trail.

Well I am just glad the DMV is giving me documents because it gives me hope they cleared my name and obviously yours too.

And I quit my last job as soon as I got DACA and blew the five hundred bux from my last check (having fun) celebrating.... Haha. The only thing that concearns me about applying for a secured credit card, even if I can get the money is part of the agreement that says "We reserve the right to check your employment records"... Since I have never had a job with a social before they would find nothing. And I don't think being rejected will look good in the future when I do have a job.

I highly doubt that they will call whatever employer that you put. I applied 2 times for the capital one card because I put that I earned very little income the first time but then lied the second time about income and got accepted. You could try putting that you still work at your old job.

Thanx for the help, I will try as soon as possible.

How much income did you put for approval? What was considered too low? And did you file online or in person?

File online and I put that I worked about 30-35 hrs a week at 8 dollars an hour pay rate. I actually work about 20 hours at 8.35 dollars and hour. They will ask you about rent so put a reasonable amount. When I got rejected I put my true income and how I didn't pay much rent due to the fact that I live with my parents and rather help with rent when they need it. Well I got rejected. I tried again like 2 weeks later and beefed up my income and that I payed 400 bucks a month of rent and got accepted.
