LOL this is so random sometimes I swear. For all I knew I was expecting DREAM to come up by itself in November and OUT OF NO WHERE another attempt at attaching Dream to another bill pops up.

DREAM Act Amnesty Back on (and Off) Table

Now that the Senate has completed action on the CJS spending bill, senators have taken up the labor, health and human services spending bill (H.R. 3043). Previously, Capitol Hill sources told NumbersUSA that open borders senators might offer the DREAM Act amnesty as an amendment to that bill, but sources now indicate that the probability of this ill-conceived scheme being proposed again at this time is waning. It is believed that majority leadership is now pushing for a vote on the DREAM Act as a free-standing measure. In either case, NumbersUSA members are encouraged to contact their senators to stave off any action on the DREAM Act.
