No the only proof of legal entry was her passport which was stamped by immigration at the airport.

Hello,
I have a question about form i-485,
For part 1 current USCIS status, did you put DACA?
And for part 3 if you traveled with i-131 then you didn't have a immigrant visa number, so how did you answer that part with the date the visa was issued?

So i've been here since 1994, i did came in as a B2 status and over stayed, however i do not have a I-94, i have a I-444 and a us immigration stamp on my passport, do you think that's enough to prove legal entry?

i have the visa page and the us immigration stamp right next to it.


i'm trying to do this alone, no lawyer... but i might have to contact one just so he can answer that question...unless you can!

Effectively, that should suffice for legal entry.
