So far everything points to them needing the same ones as in 2012. So Tagalog will likely be one of them. I just hope my language doesn't fall off the list as well.

Army will likely release a new MAVNI fact sheet soon. Since the memo re-extending it and authorizing enlistment of DACAers was published on September 25th. I bet they are about as surprised as we are. Give it a week or two - they'll make one. Up to this point all sources claimed that "MAVNI pilot program will end on September 30th 2014".

Only problem being I can't really enlist until at least March 19th 2015 (when my 2 years hit). So I'd likely try so after the summer when I'll already finish college, or if there's no spots come the next fiscal year (just dart to the office at 7 am on October 1st 2015).

Well fuck. I did look around more and this is the situation:
My language is listed on the DOD's MAVNI fact sheet. But it is not listed on the US Army's "MAVNI Information Sheet for Language Recruits". Same case happens with one other language.
Conversely two languages which are not on the DOD MAVNI sheet are listed on the Army's MAVNI sheet.
DOD MAVNI sheet is dated May 2012. The Army's MAVNI sheet does not list a date only date I can find is the timestamp the page was last modified - 10/23/12.

I think I'll call the recruitment office tomorrow to ask whats up with this. (Any input until then is welcome).

There is a 9 month for medical assistance certification program that I heard of in the radio, I think this might be enough to server as a medical assistant in one of the branches of the military?.

Where are you getting this info john_smith?
Seems most things that would qualify you are bachelor degree minimum.

I thought I read some where, but don't take my word for it, it may not be the case at all.
