Folks, following the success stories I've seen posted here, I have some questions of my own..
1. I overstayed my VISA, and the I-485 application I was a beneficiary through my mother was recently declined. I've had an EAD since 2011 when we filed the I-485, and once it was denied I quickly filed and was just approved for DACA. With the accounts of AOS with AP, I am curious if I am able to have my job sponsor me for a EB-2 once I'm paroled back into the US.

It seems that my unlawfull stay will prevent me from getting approved via employment sponsorship, so I am curious what are my other options.

My boyfriend is waiting for his employment sponsored green card, but given his EB-2 application date isn't current we cannot count on his status, and potential US citizenship for me to adjust status. My DACA and EAD I just received are valid until 12/2017 (3 years is already in effect). With my situation, having being here with unlawful stay, can I adjust status marrying a green card holder? And if we were to get married, is it possible for me to become a beneficiary of his process?
