Its crazy how similar your story is to mine! I came here in 1989 as well, and I also left the country and came back back, I'm not worried about my leave too much, from what I understand under the first daca, if you left prior to 2007...this does not affect your contineous presence, which should be from june 2007 - june 2012. you just need to establish residency right after you entered like enrolling in school for a few years etc. |
