Interesting. May I ask why? I've heard of them but I don't know much about them.

I'd take the train up to Vancouver, B.C. for the weekend, then go to Mexico to see the fam for a good three weeks.

After that rack up that debt buying a nice Toyota Tacoma.

The civil projects that the Army Corps are responsible over are impressive to say the least. Since majority of the projects under the Army Corps are public, I would be guaranteed work for life.

I don't see how a car or a truck is an investment. Tacoma has the highest resale value but that still doesn't make it an investment. Do you know what an investment is?

Per Dictionary.com:
Definition 3: to use, give, or devote (time, talent, etc.), as for a purpose or to achieve something:

Words have multiple uses, and in this scenario I recommend investing into the truck; now did I ever specify what should be invested (time or etc)? I would give you credit had I made a reference to the monetary value of the truck, but I didn't.

On a second note, the statement of cars not being investments are dependent on multiple scenarios. It is never cut dry.

Just my two cents.

Okay, so finish your statement. Buying that tacoma will be an investment in what sense?

You do not know if he is a construction worker. You do not know if he is a farmer. You do not know if he flips houses. what about if all he does is work at NYC as a taxi driver. Now tell me how that would be an investment.

You need to be more specific when you define a car as an investment.

Is buying a car an investment?

Good job on picking and choosing the definition that doesn't prove you wrong.
