I am sure most of us do not care or would disagree with "they get more." Hell, they can request Bentley's in the deal for all I damn care. Do you want to continue living in this crap hole of uncertainty, swim? There is no excuse for this. Dems know we are in a peculiar situation. Either we go down with the whole sinking boat, or we get lifeguards and try to help the others in the sinking ship.

Be civil they say. I am not civil with things I take personal. This goes beyond personal.

post the facebook link to their gargbage because they are not very responsive to e-mails. Many of them treat you like a traitor or block you when you do call them out on their crap.

It's all politics. Of course they don't want Trump to win on immigration that would make his administration look less incompetent.

Plus, They would risk a majority of their voter base, recent immigrants, if they made that deal.

It's like what the Republicans did to Obama. They didn't want him to win because it's a rivalry.

This pisses me off so bad. PELOSI and the other dems do not have to worry about losing their status or whether they will be able to find a damn freaking job if they lose their status. For them, it's easy to say . . . NO COMPROMISE. Absolutely not. Are they going to protect us if we end up in removal proceedings if DACA gets taken away????? no. The judge will have the final say. Will they feed you if you and your loved ones cannot find work? I doubt it. THIS IS SO INFURIATING. I respect Durbin, but I am even disappointed with his comments.

Guys chill out.

Fuck Trump's wall.

The votes are there for at least the BRIDGE Act. Everyone is waiting to see what Sept 5th will bring.
Rest assured we will have a lot of media attention. If Trump and the Republicans want to shut the govt down over the wall, Democrats will have to come to the table.

Also, there are many Republicans that don't need a trade off for any relief for us. The votes are there for relief for us!
Hang tight and have hope!

I enjoy your positivity but I highly Trump will sign any relief for us w/o getting something back. He could just veto it. Also, I doubt GOP senators and representatives will vote for anything for us w/o getting something. Hell, even Lindsey Graham said he wanted something in exchange for DREAM Act when it was re-introduced earlier this year. Only way I see is to compromise

Its going to be a bloodbath then. What happens if Trump refuses to sign the spending bills unless the wall is included? I think our worst case scenario is the bridge act passes. trump has never signaled opposition to any bill except for DA since its permanent relief. Let's see what happens.

Of course I don't. My point is if the compromise was more equal, the democrats might be more willing to come to the table.
