"Ask for a delay" is great. A "delay" possibly means until Texas has "recovered", which is basically never. New Orleans is not even fully recovered from Katrina lol. "Ask for a delay" is the new "under review". Best way to punt as a way to preserve the program.

the more i'm reading the tweets, the more i'm thinking that she's simply saying the 2 options that are on the table and why there's no news yet. I don't know if this is good or bad. There are many ways to look at this. On one hand, it's hopeful to think that if they don't make a decision and the AG's go through it, our EAD will continue and we can renew during the main time, and that gives a push for congress to do something; on the other, if the AG's agree and extend the deadline, we may miss a good opportunity for Congress to push with the debt ceiling vote.

Exactly. Two sides to look at this - and unfortunately still no decision. :/ After reading some articles I feel that if it does go to court it might get rescinded by the Texas judge, but an appeal by another attorney general would win.

Harvey is about to get even more coverage since there are now threats of explosions in chemical plants and what not. A delay it may be.

One things is for sure girl, if they really wanted to end it they would've done it already. I'm really starting to believe we will be ok.
