Firs 5 years EAD ---> Green card ----> citizenship

This is why they are calling it the convervative dream i rather have them support the original dream act, but it look like that won't be happening. So disappointed

relax bro, its a path to citizenship nonetheless.

no where it says 5 year EAD. its the same as other proposals

conditional GC ----> Permanent GC ====> Citizenship.

Agree. 5 years without GC is awful. I'm against it. Hopefully his bill won't gain support.

It's most likely five years of 'conditional green card'. That is much better than an EAD.

If we can freely travel with this conditional green card than i'm all for it. But i still believe that people who had DACA already for over 4 years and got a bachelors degree should be able to receive GC right away.

I honestly rather marry to get USC. Lol this sounds so complicated. I took some sort of pride of being a voluntary dreamer, but if they make it a struggle, I will go another route.

Demise said we can immediately adjust for GC right after we get into the initial program (DREAM ACT/RACA) be cause we have our Bachelors, no need to be in conditional for 5 years so we can earn a bachelors or serve in the military.

so if im doing the math right, people who have a bachelors or have served in the military cut the waiting time to 10 years instead of 15.

when they are ungrateful! We went from worrying about not being able to work to possible talks of GCs. Be patient people!
