I think it's reaching a critical time and some of us are getting a little impatient. After all, our lives and careers are on the line

I don’t think so a lot of us will need help with the applications or come on to complain about how long it’s taking the GC to come in. People should just stop coming on as soon as their GC is in their hands.

yeah they should just lock every thread and make one whole thread for application help and such.

no more arguments and dissenting political opinions threads.

Fuck, I just realized nothing is going to pass for real. Having a complete breakdown. All the progress I made in these years will be undone by some orange turd that we got thanks to Democrats. They wanted him to win. If they didn't, they would have chosen a better candidate than Hillary.

I've built a pretty comfortable life, but soon I have to go back to doing shitty jobs under the table. Fuck. Getting tool old for this shit. Sorry, just needed to vent.

You putting yourself through unnecessary stress for nothing. I’d rather be happy these few months knowing something is going to pass and not have something pass.

P.S we are going to get some form of relief. You can either be miserable now till it actually happens or be hopeful and enjoy your holidays.

I’m a realist but I just don’t see how we get pushed back into the shadows. There’s way too many of us and we have a voice now. As cruel as some republicans are , I don’t think they want to be responsible for that . I don’t think we can help any of our members who have convinced themselves nothing is going to happen. It’s their way of coping with the situation. I’m ready for whatever comes my way either way !

I think something will pass. I am with Libertarian. The debate will not be easy. But, I just do not see ourselves returning to the shadows, and I really cannot foresee a mass exodus of young, skilled immigrants to other countries.

I think something will actually pass this month. There is so much momentum.

i concur, i personally just dont see them throwing us into the wolves just like that. theres just too much media coverage, it could work back then like operation wetback and shit but not in 2018.

Not to be pessimistic. But if the GOP was willing to throw hard working American citizens under the bus by dismantling Obamacare and passing the horrendous Tax bill, why would they stop with us?

This is the same GOP that are looking to cut Medicare and Social Security next year as well as other entitlements while hurting the average American people.

I don't think we're that special to them for us to think that they won't throw us back into the shadows again. Democrats need to do something come January or this will get ugly.
