Prediction for final bill:
1) End to DV lottery system
2) 5 yr conditional greencard (new category)
3) Unable to sponsor family other than parents and minor children for recipients of this new conditional greencard
4) Border security measures with language going to every but a 'wall' (fences, tech etc)

Trump will spin it as a Wall, Dems will say not a wall, Cotton mouth and Perdue will cry.

Introduction of this bill (Goodlatte's) is a waste of time. It will be a nonstarter for DEMs and reasonable GOP

So pretty much dream act with border security, end to DV lottery and a longer wait time for dreamers to sponsor anyone?

Did they say during the meeting that the bill would be out by friday?
