For AOS only people I've seen get EADs in 90 days are VAWA self-petitioners, mainly because their cases are handled by a special unit in Vermont. Some Concurrent Filing IRs also get approved fast but that's because their cases are handled by NBC which rubber stamps them and forwards them to whatever field office.

Has anyone sent a G-1450 Authorization for credit card transactions, with their packets or are checks safer?

Hey there, any news on your pending approval?? I've been waiting on mine to be approved for 5 months now, really frustrating. I know their time lines page is not as accurate as one would like, or accurate at all, but I saw that they are supposedly processing applications that were accepted from 09/16/2017. I was wondering if this has positively affected your case since it was accepted on Sept. 12th??

Hey everyone! Has anyone, who applied in September 2017, been approved yet. A service request came back with this response:
The status of this service request is:
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) records show that your case is currently pending adjudication. However, we have had to perform additional reviews on your case, and this has caused a longer processing time.
We hope this information is helpful and appreciate your continued patience.

So I'm trying to figure out if my case is the only one being delayed or there is really a backlog going on in general?

Thanks!

What a slap in the face. "We hope this incredibly vague and unhelpful message is helpful to you".

I know!!! My thoughts exactly when I received the email. And speaking to a Tier 2 level officer does not make it any less vague.

After Trump started to "wind down" DACA in September, I'm also wondering if anyone has received approvals. It's going to be 6 months post September in a couple of weeks.

Please keep us updated.

I am not approved yet but I could get a RFE for a certain document that may not be strong enough evidence.
