I did a walk-in on Lincoln's Day (Illinois state holiday). My original biometrics appointment date was scheduled for a week after. The ASC was open for that day, and clerk didn't even notice my scheduled appointment date. I was in and out in approximately 1 hour. They did not take fingerprints! They stated my fingerprints where in the system already, and basically I just needed to confirm my identity with a state ID/DL.
