I don’t this will survive the court challenges. Simply a mean spirited and bone headed move. I hope no dreamer on this forum ever defends this asshat or his administration on these forums ever again.

ridiculous....smh. who knew my college education would bite me back in the ass because i took the American Opportunity Tax Credits that was offered to me. maybe it was better staying in the shadows...

nobody deserves to get treated this way mayne...

#TrumpDreamers my ass.
I don’t think those tuition credit should affect us. Most of us have good careers and jobs now anyway.

Don’t count on it dude,
If you kick Trump’s ballsack, you would be breaking at least half of dozen jaws from people of this forum

Wait up. This EITC is the same thing as the tax return you get every year after filing taxes? Wtf? why would anyone turn that down after getting huge chunks of money taken out of their paycheck every month?

Where are the Trump defenders?

I’m just going to continue taking deductions. Trump leaving office in 2020 and the policy will be rolled back or I’m leaving because I’m not going to live through another 4 years of Trump presidency. All the talent from around the world won’t come to the US if immigration policies are this extreme.
