It’s YUGE to clear EWI. Yikes, I think my IQ just went down between reading “bigly” and typing yuge lol.. Used it to clear mine and got to visit my grandmother a month before she passed... adjusting status as we speak. If it comes back, PLEASE get approved for it and clear your EWIs if you can. I miss Obama so much.

AP clears EWI.

AP serves as proof that you were inspected and legally allowed into the country. For those who plan to AOS, or are going trough the AOS process, this is a YUGE deal! The best thing about it, is that the AP stamp on the passport is forever. Even if you don't plan to or can't AOS now, things could change in the future.

How were you able to qualify for that?
My father filed for a 245i as well but I was told I wasn’t qualified under him.

What kind of proof do you submit for the 245i? Just the original application/receipt showing the person's name?
