Just like 3 months ago I got dumped by my gf of 7 years (felt like a marriage)

But no here I am becoming a better version of myself and reflected about the relationship, the flaws and perfections of it! Here I am working out daily lost 20lbs and feel great , reading and educating myself on a daily basis to better myself! I have my own place and bought a new car I’m really proud of myself This of course because I have a great job
Sure you’ll have the ups and down and last 2 days I saw a pic of the ex and felt nothing and “ it’s someone that I use to know”. Sure they’re be moments that will trigger a memory of things in the past but you can’t dwell on it or have hope. Trust me keep yourself busy and go out with friends and family and please go ot and try to meet new people! This helped me tremendously!
Talking things to people helped out a lot. It really did! Let me know if you ever want to chat Trust me I can write and essay if it will help you OP
