Can we all just remember that he issued against a preliminary injunction?

That means he's still going to rule on the merits of ending DACA and will most likely rule that DACA is illegal (which will be appealed to the 5th circuit). But not before everyone starts freaking out that Hanen ruled one way and then another.

Long story short: this probably allows DACA another 1- 1 1/2 years of renewals

It's good that everyone can renew but they need to kill Daca ASAP. Without killing it first we are not getting a permanent relief solution..

Ha if they kill it congress will just sit around and watch our lives go up in flames. They wont even feel bad about doing it. Maybe they'll pork the wife extra harder at night just thinking of how our lives are ruined, only to blam at the thought of us getting arrested by ICE.
