Pretty sure they will extend DHS funding until Feb 8.

If SCOUS takes the case: 50% we will get nothing
IF SCOUS does not take the case: 100% we will get nothing.

You all need to chill.

What the Dems are saying is "open the government now, then give us a month to negoiate a border deal.

Sen. Schumer and Speaker Pelosi want to first open the government so negotiations can start. They dont want to give into his tantrum. It would making government shutdowns the only way a President gets anything he wants.

Im all for a solution for us but remember that Trump himself hasnt actually supported DACA 4 "Border Security " deal. Only people around him or GOP members.

Trump needs to be clear first before he uses the shutdown for his political gain.

Even immigration courts are not in session or about to run out of money. Total insanity!

Im optimist but this is about Dems not allowing Trump to just throw a tantrum and give him what he is demanding. Open the government first qne and then real negotiations can start.

Under the constitution spending bills can only originate from the House. So he is fucked. He needs to work with Dems and not allow Miller to fuck things up.

I just do not think Trump is going to cave soon. Maybe, things will change by Friday when we find out whether SCOTUS takes the DACA case or not.

@chadpergram

Dem official familiar w/WH mtg on shutdown: No progress was made today. At this time, there is not another meeting of this group scheduled.

Totally agreed. Send every new illegal back. We don't need another 10M undocumented immigrants. Send carvans home, now!

It is really surprising to me that I did not end up becoming an alcoholic or a drug addict given the situation. I am really sick and tired of this.
