My bad on jumping the gun.

Question: Does anyone or know anybody who has ITIN (not SSN) and filed a non-filer for stimulus payment with DACA or no immigration status at all?

My dad has no immigration status but he does have ITIN so he wanted to check if he could fill out a non-filer form and receive the stimulus check.
