Yea my renewals would probably be approved around late January or early February. Was not looking forward to making plans to leave the country by next Summer. Really happy to be able to stay at least until 2025.

The 150 day mark for me is in May 2023, but will be sending it in as soon as I am able to. It's looking like it'll eventually end up at the Supreme Court anyway.

This guy seems like he knows what he is talking about, so i’m going to take his word for it and imagine not being appealed to the SC.

aka: SAME SHIT, DIFFERENT TOILET

The longer DACA is around, the harder it is going to be for a president or cockeyed judge to kill it.

For all of you that got scared this round: seek out a USC spouse and get yo papers. You are shortening your life by panicking and worrying every time there is news like this. Except BeingOfLight, she can go fuck herself.

SCOTUS WILL kill DACA. DACA in itself is illegal, presidents cannot enact immigration law ONLY congress through legislation. this only postponed the inevitable decision of SCOTUS killing DACA.

sure its illegal or its not? thats not really for us to decide. but read this twice for good measure and see how stupid you sound.

YOU ARE BENEFITING FROM SOMETHING THAT YOU THINK IS ILLEGAL.
IF YOU THINK DACA IS ILLEGAL AND SHOULDNT EXIST, YOU SHOULD GIVE UP YOUR 2 YEAR WORK PERMIT AND DEFERRED ACTION. LIVE LIKE THE OTHER ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS HERE.

come on, bro.
